For rc's? I just picked some up. Cheap stuff, spray and wipe. The good stuff I think applies the same way. Easy to do, why you need a guy?

It's kind of like powder coating. Google it, it's a thermal costing for exhuasts, not like paint protection for cars (like what your talking about) . Same names, completely different products.

Ok I just looked and yeah I got you now. Very cool stuff, wonder how it work on the beach for my truck? Sand pulls any coating off quick.

Ceramic is great for heat. Most aftermarket headers are ceramic coated. At least my sbf was...I know all the others are too lol
The ceramic coating comes off too but it is pretty durable.It starts coming off when the metal expands and contracts for months and it cracks and starts flaking off but it takes a while.

Does party tricks ?
Make sure the place you send it to knows what they are doing. We had a place we used to send customers too to do our pipes. They were good and did both inner and outer. Even sent some customers pipes from the islands and they never had issues again after they did them. Sent someone just recently to the place and they are closing up for now.
