Changing Tires on my Beetle

Hi
Im looking to change the Tires on my Beetle. Is there some sort of adhesive used to stick the tyres. What is the proceedure for doing the change.
Also Im wondering is there some way to extend the wheel base of my Beetle. Particularly at the rear. Is there an extension for where the wheel attaches.

you can use wider wheel squares if you have enough thread where the nut goes on. I just put firehammer mt arms and dogbones on an fg last night. those arms are wider
