Is the chassis "supposed" to be flat or strait?
Just looking at my XB an the front seems to tilt up a bit...bent?

It should be bent upwards a bit..if you look at the top of the front with the diff case off you will see a stamp creased line where the bend will start.

That is correct the front area where the diff is fastened should angle up. The rest of the chassis should be straight.
