Im looking for cheaper versions of the outwears filters, as I think £20 for a bit of material and some velcro is a bit steep.

Anybody got any recommendations ?

Its for KM Baja btw

lol ya mad you lot. just applied thraedlock to my ratchet screw on the pull start. wait and get ready to bash it, takes 24 hrs to properly seal tho gutted.

I'd have put a Bolt straight through and a Nylon Locking Nut tuver end.
I've got 3 non starters and thats what i'm about to do tomoz.

lol what you lot like lol
if you go onto ebay there's a guy from japan! his shops called ukrc and he sells coppies of the outerwares for £3 or so plus p+p, i've got one on mine and i'd say it's just as good as the real thing.

Well I used a pair of tights ( not mine ! ) to cover it yesterday and it looks ok if I say so myself. Hopefully do the job and keep the grass out :)

I'm out with the Deeside crew this Sunday and have just cut up a pair of my wifes tights black with plenty of lycra for that longer lasting bash.

I will give a report on this for those interested next week as the Deeside site is a mixture of sand, soil, gravel and a small amount of grass by all accounts.

Got outerwears pullstart cover though.
