Bought most of this at the Home Depot yesterday. Large mixing tub, adjustable 90 degree elbows, 2 - 80 cmf inline fans, rivets, there are 2 large d-c thyristor controlled box fans to be installed in the tubs intake today. should flow about 250+ cmf depending on the heat going up to the intakes. I will re-mount the tub with small link chains once the tubs- welding -brazing tables location is finalized.
 
That's a great setup, now you can cut one and nobody will know! lol.

All joking aside that is a great idea, will it pull hard enough to let a truck run in the house?
 
Looks like a hair dryer at a beauty parlor that the old ladies gabb under..lol..all bs aside it should serve its purpose and u probably could use it for painting also.let us no how it works out....
 
I doubt this would overcome the force of a r-c cars exhaust. the car would need a pipe loosely fitted over the stinger - directed upwards. Painting? I need to go the the steel yard and buy enough 25-28? gauge sheet metal to enclose 3 sides. from the table to the hood. This would be a must for brazing- mig also. I only have a flux mig @ this point in time. I read that a small gas mig requires about 30 cfmhhelding. This extractor pulls about 200 Or more cfm - when the fans sensors detect heat they start really winding up.- The fans directly under the hood. The inline fans give the air a boost to exit the pipes at the inside edge if the wall. Yea, i have to walk on egg shells for a while and see if this is safe-worthy. - The brazing I do- 3-5 psi out of both tanks-00 to 1 size tip- thin sheet steel. low volume. I have a heck of a time correcting mistakes on these keyboards, A small gas mig flows more or less 30 cubic feet every hour- The extractors fans are measured in cubic feet every minute. Its Monday- thats a decent excuse.--- lol.
 
Oh- on passing gas, I save my farts up for the food store check out line. If some one is being nasty towards the checker or are standing directly be hind me, I wait till the perfect moment - fart loudy -look at the ass its directed to and say-- how rude!! gotta be certan it just gas---
