check ebay mate or if your after new then its rossmods i think you can also fit hpi rims but not 100% sure

There is very little cheap about largescale. IF you find some tyres "cheap" on ebay, sit back and think why are they so cheap - 9/10 are knackered, if not worn then split or the rim is buggered.

tyre upgrade
if wanting new tyres and rims i would reccomend getting sum gorilla beadlocks or something to protect your sidewalls. also upgrade your bolts to longer bolts with nuts on the end so yu don't have any issues. when i first got mine the tyres kept coming off lol. hope this helps.
