I was thinking I ought to share this with any of you all that may be looking for the same thing that I was. What I was looking for was a cheap way to get headlights brite enough to run at night at those times when you just got it running and just can't wait for morning to try whatever new part you just installed. Not so much for show but for go. They're LED'S that come on a strip that flexes with a 3m tape back. The nice thing is they have a little battery box included so you can see how they look before you buy them. They are made to connect to the 12 volt of your car or truck but you can just use the battery box, replace the push button with a rocker and you have 17.00 dollar cheapo headlights and let me tell ya they are plenty brite enough to see to drive at night. I got mine from autozone but I'm sure you could pick them up at any of the chain stores.

Do you have a pic of them powered down?
I was thinking the same thing. I would like to see what the strip looks like. With the lights on it too bright to see.

Here's a pic with the lights off. They are just stuck on the bumper. 3m tape back and yes they had red, blue, green and amber.

Also where you see the yellow dots in the middle you can cut them in half if maybe you only want three lights. It might be hard to tell but there are two strips one above the other. As for how well you can see at night take my word no worrys.
