Slight inconsistency in the tyres - one blowing well before the other - or just one wheel spinning a lot more than the other!
Should have seen outside my house the other day when I was trying out the FG MT slicks I've fitted - Chinese ones but holding up fine.
I did a similar thing, but only for a few seconds - until I see smoke, that's enough!!
His wheels - transmission, engine .... and neighbours I suppose, so his call if he wants to stuff a couple of tyres - probably did a lot more besides!!
Love to know how the clutch was after that!!
