i haven't been watchng the news. when did this start? is the water still rising?

Started last week. The water was gone the next day,cuz they finnally opened the locks on the chicago river. Ive got the deep tunel project behind the house.There was 300billion gallons of water in the tunnel.The big problem is when the water rose the asian carp swam over the electric wire and in to lake michigan.Thats a big problem.

No, he was watering his grass and forgot to turn the sprinkler off before he went to bed.
