how to prevent the choke lever from keep coming off?

as long as it aint split on where it pushes on try boiling a pan of water

and then drop it in for a couple of mins :boat:fish it out of the boiling pan

and gently using a pair of mole grips /plyers squeeze the ends smaller

holding it till it cools down

It should not pop off unless its broken or worn out. It clicks into place. Are you sure it is fully installed on the shaft? If it keeps falling off buy a new one.

just got new one it held on today after a good run but boiling option sounds good i think im gunna do that hopefully ill work then if not shoe goo next .. thx once again guys

You can get one at any small engine shop? May be slightly different but it will work. The carb rod is like most weed eater motors.

was able to find one at a local hobby shop hopefully this time this thing stays on
