As some might know, I just put in a ESP 30.5cc , nice and chrome looking, I also upgraded to a JetPro tuned pipe and installed a 4x4 kit.
Now after 3-4 tanks off fuel, the chrome and alu already looks bad, to me :o)
This is of course because of the wet and muddy places I have been running my FG MT.

To me the pleasure of this FG wen't down a bit as soon as I put it to use.
Don't get me wrong, I still LOVE my FG and I have great fun with it, but the dirt bugs the H#@! out of me, and I clean it as soon as I get inside.

What routines do you have for cleaning your large scale? And do you also feel a bit bummed out as soon as it's not "new" anymore?

put it in the bath

Ive spent lots of money on my 5t in the years, its all shiny and blingin
and the best bit is getting it dirty then maybe after a couple of months.... then!
i will give it a good clean.

Ive had mine for about 3 years now and when you buy more hop-ups ect it feels
new again, just strip it apart and soak all the parts in hot soapy water and
if you have any plastic parts on it spray them with wd-40 (makes them look new again)

don't feel down if you get it dirty just enjoy it :)

Most of it look good, but the chrome on the starter cover is almost gone do to little rocks from the tire hitting it. I don't feel down, I'm just a bit OCD when I comes to these things :)
