Garden hose the body and cage. Bottle brush with simple green and air compressor blow gun nozzle on the chassis. Quick spritz of wd40 and wipe down with a rag. Takes about 10 minutes to get it looking good.
@MPKOCHER I've been using the same setup for all my RC's - a simple 50/50 solution of water and Simple Green. Let sit for just a few minutes then rinse off with water. Attack with toothbrush (preferably an old one) on any of the hard spots. Blow off with compressed air.

Dollar Tree sells the product called, AWESOME, and dilute like 10:1, spray and let it soak the dirt, then scrub down with a old toothbrush.
Very very bad dirt, oil, grease, mix of; diesel w a spoon of engine oil.

Awesome works well but I use it 100%. Picked up some purple power at my walmart and going to try that, it's a degreaser so the fuel should come off easy. Got to fix this leaky grommet on the dbxl :/
