took my DR out today for the second time.I had re-installed the 4wd and wanted to see, how it runs. Run it for about 2 min, slowed down and the engine bogged down and shut off.. could not get it to run again.
So.. took it home and started taking everything apart. wanted to check gear drive, because the wheels did not turn freely. Found that the Clutch spring , which was supposed to be a 8000rpm, has failed.. one side bend open.. it “locked in “ one side and burned up the clutch
well.. got to wait now on a new clutch.
BTW..are the brake rotors always that sloppy ? they just keep moving back and forth..
Ohh.. when i lifted up the buggy on the center roll cage, the left front screw stripped out and now cracked the body...
maybe i should have staid with my boats instead
