don't know if this has been metioned before, but you do need to change the clutch housing if using a zenoah engine. i tryed bolting my zen in with zen clutch housing and just wouldn't line up as the crank case hit on the center diff
 
When I put a zen on my baja I had to use the clutch housing off my CY in order for it to fit. The zen has a nub that sticks out that got in the way. But the CY housing lined up and worked fine with the zen engine.

just changed the clutch case to be safe, no probs now


never had a problem with using zen case on my baja though.
