Clutch issue

Changed clutch. Seems like it's not closing properly as it get stuck and causes truck to roll at idle. What did I do wrong. Spring is fine as I took it back apart. Are washer on wrong? Bolts to tight? Help please

Is this how you installed it? I know it's from the Baja manual, but it's the same process.

I used different washers and it resolved the problem. Thanks for the quick responses
