My clutched last max 2 tanks on MT V3, same on CY and Zenoah.

Also springs stretched after 2 tank when clutch wearout.

I tried CY 9K and DDM lifetime spring, they are stretched after 2 tank.

How many tanks last your clutch on MT?

It impossible to change clutch on every tank.

Dude something is wrong. Clutches shouldn't wear out every other tank .retrace ur steps . something has to keep drag on it for it to wear out that fast.

like everyone else I've had my share of problems especially since I have two m/ts and a d/r but the only time I've done anything with my clutches has been to upgrade them or replace them after a whole lot of abuse. the clutches on these things have never been a weak point. you must have a problem that isn't a common one. with a little more info about your problem. as in what exactly leads up to your failure I'd be willing to bet someone on here will be able to help so keep trying. there are a lot of good people that are willing to help on this site.

get rid of the bell! its bent /scrotched , surface glazed/ crystalized.

check driveline drag . gear plate bearings. check everything all should have equal play, smooth in rolling action

motor mount spacers? and gearplate spacers? all present even and square , it all squeezes down and you have a free rolling chassis?

be sure the clutch parts match. clutch mount true and square.

just a small amount time on the metal shoes will fry the bell, esp. pulling MT meat

never had this issue with clutches or springs. just a guess--?? if the clutch is not fully locked up - its going to slip and generate lots of heat. not pointing fingers to anyone-- i see people all the time on "ewe" you tube lol, sorta jerking the throttle around. lots of guys do the same with chain saws too. Me? i never slip the clutch. its either off the throttle and on the brakes or WFO!! wide f ng open.
