i need to change my clutch shoe holder and i can not get it off! i am afraid i am going to strip the bolt that holds it on because i am turning so hard. is the bolt reverse thread or what? because if i put much more presure going lefty than i will strip it out.please help

Try applying heat to the bolt before you turn it this will make the bolt easier to turn if there were locktite or grease which may be holding the bolt in tight. No its not reversed threaded and you are right not to just keep applying pressure or it will strip the bolt.

i tried heat ,dremel and extraction tool! nothing is working to get the damn thing off. any other things i can try becase i have broke three tools tring to get it off. this car has been one thing after another and i haven't even got to play with it !

you would be down to just cutting into it in a few different spots with out messing up the shaft to get it off, After you get it off there will be enough bolt left to grab with a pair of pliers and back out, Basically just widdle at the head of the bolt till it comes off.

did you heat it up enough? when your heating it you heat the aluminum actually changes color the surface gets a haze, don't heat it up beyond 1100F.+ because you will cause the alum. to melt, but if you concentrate on the bolt it will come out just have to be ready have a good hex driver T-Handle prefered and once you see the bolt turn a slight bit red grab that driver make sure its in there properly and give it a good turn you should actually see a puff of smoke from the lock tight being burnt.
now unless you stripped the bolt already have you ?
then you will just have to get a new holder and cut that old one away or melt it,

I soon found out after buying my Baja that regular tools I used on my 1/10th and 1/8th scales just werent enough anymore. When I changed my clutch spring I ran into a similar problem with the bolts being over lock tightened from the factory. I tried heat but it didnt work and I was afraid that I was going to bend the connecting rod or damage the piston head with the piston stop, so I got out my hand impact. You can get one like this and they are wonderful, just a tap on the end with a hammer while turning in the loosen direction and they came out...

I have an adapter on mine for 3/8th sockets though and it is quite a bit more pricey than that one since mine is a Snap-On, but I already had it from when I used to be a motorcycle mechanic. One good tap on each and they came loose....

Once you have the bolts out, hold them with a pair of pliers and heat the threads up with a lighter, this will melt whats left of the thread lock off. Use a good thread lock when you put them back in. I don't know what that funky green thread lock they used in China is made of, buts its damn near like glue!!!
