clutch/spur not lining up

Has anyone has a problem with the clutch & spur gear not lining up properly? Below is a pic of what I am talking about...

looks asthough the pinion bolt has loosend off and the the bearing has ridden forward so the pinion gear isnt sitting on its "shoulders" properly

Alright cool, thanks for the info! I will take it apart tonight and adjust it.
