Please can you help here? As said before I cant load pics/vids and my account is knackered! Cant understand why because there hasnt been a problem before .I have asked before but its not sorted.

The issue you're having is the fact attachment uploads are limited for 3MB of space for regular members and 4MB of space for Supporting Members. While I certainly don't know how it happened, but you've managed to surpass the 4MB limit and have nearly 10MB of attachments on LSF. Your best option is to go through all of your uploaded attachments and remove the old files and/or large files until you're under the 4MB cap.

Or you can start uploading files to your Album and use that instead. You can also upload and share photos from third party sites such as flickr, photobucket, or tinypic.
