Basically, measurements of the overall size, measurements of critical points ie holes for fasteners. Or send him the part and he can put it in solid works, or auto card, or whatever 3d program he uses to convert it to cnc talk.

Yes. Basic dimensions. How much room I have to play, etc. Most can be reverse engineered im sure. Hole locations and the latter would have to be pretty accurate. I'll know more after this weekend when my modeling software is up and running 100%
