It is 20 degrees here and my firehammer is not running very good at all.it is the stock 23 cc engine and carb. Does anybody have some carb settings or some tricks for running in cold weather?

I asked the same question a while back :clown:
The general response was to richen the settings (by turning carb needle anti-clockwise) due to cold air being more dense and therefore more fuel required. Also waterproofing your servos & receiver by sealing joints with silicone & spraying around the shaft into the servo with grease to repel water from the area you cannot fully seal. Make sure you oil up the air filter & away you go! Oh yes, and Voo2doo's advise......hot flask, nice wooly hat & some decent gloves :clown:

When you bring it in treat it as you would if it had been out in the rain i.e. dry it off & spray anything metal with WD40, spray grease or whatever you use.

Have fun :)
