Coloring the red Plastic?

I was just wondering how to color the plastic parts. I saw on youtube a car with green trimming, here is a link:

Has anybody been able to dye their red pieces a different color? Not that I mind the red, but maybe something different might be cool. Maybe the guy on the video got the pieces in white and then dyed them green! If so where did he get them?

i ve seen them in yellow too. maybe he bought yellow and dyed with blue to get the green?

i have some yellows i got with my Bergs.
when i did my Baja Beadlocks i used RIT Dyes.

I remember you posting pictures of that on the HBF... Those beadlocks looked good, I also liked the anodizing job you did!!
