So back on topic. Are we saying that if we use the hpi rear wheels all around the dune runner will be just as wide as the 5ive? That is, those wheels will add 40mm of width.

I am not sure how much wider you need it, I have run the hell out of my dunerunner and never rolled it... it sits pretty well like it is.

As for plateform matching against losi, gfr and I are talking about making a new 7075 MT chassis that would be darn close to length of the losi. We are about the width with Baja wheels and extenders. This will be a winter project.

You could run some DarkSoul axel extenders to gain a little more width.

The pip I have is to clear my losi cage. The ones gfr will be making will fit stock MT. Working to make it so there is no body cutting. And width I have extenders and rears on all 4.
