considering a new baja 5t. any advice?

hello people.

as you all (who know me) know i have an fg beetle which i love by the way but i am considering buying the brand new baja 5t.

i am also going to keep the fg.

now the thing is i have no experience with hpi what so ever but that baja 5t looks really awesome,i actually was never gone on the baja ss or the other types(just my opinion) but i really love this 5t,it looks amazing,rtr at just over a grand,its a great deal i think and looks pretty dam tough from what i have seen on videos too. also i love the overall design,size and body.

what upgrades are vital on these machines,i would love a list of "must upgrades" the diff and drive train parts look pretty tough,but im thinking there would still be some upgrades to make it reliable.what are they i wonder?
 
Probably worth popping a post over on HpiBajaForum dude, they will know all the in's and out's of the 5T! :)
 
yeah well i was hoping to get a few opionions here from the guys i know that does be browsing this part of the forum, alright ducky boy..

mmm i must look at that rampage,the 5t looks mental though,and so simple,huge body,i just for a change seem to like the look.

do you think they are not great?
u seem to be not too much in favour of hpi.

WHERE CAN I BUY A RAMPAGE clubin??
they look mental,huge, where would be the best place for an irish customer to buy one of these?

The Rampage is 4wd and from what I've seen you have great areas to run ia 4x4 I think it would be a blast. The 5t is a SS with a new body and tires. It would also be great but you have a 2wd. JM2C:)
