Anyone every converted a Baja flux to a 2stroke engine? I hate having 10 mins of run time.

i converted my 5bss 26cc to a flux ....
....it lasted all of 3x pairs of lipos..
..so about 45 mins altogether.. 
....then i stuck a scott finlay g32pro mx in it
....now if i could get 40 mins outa decently priced pair of lipos it'd still b a flux.....but not gonna happen anytime soon..
....i did have a brushless dbxl aswell which was crap.....so i converted that to a 29cc.....i then tried the castle xl2 780kv combo in tbe baj....it was a bit better being only 2wd and lighter ..but again only 15 min runtimes.....
