This seems like a new company to hit the RC scene and they look to produce some nice stuff but who knows anything about them?

They have a natty 5B/T pipe and some serious looking side and rear exit pipes for the MCD V4 but are they a bashers pipe or a racers pipe?

Have you guys in Oz got any feedback on them?

Pipe up () and give me some feedback, some of the questions I want answering are if they work better with tuned/ported engines, what size of engine do they suit? etc.

Thanks for all the feedback lads.....

Guess I will have to be the guinea pig then! got one coming over from the states so will post feedback for those interested.

i've witnessed one of these pipes in action. one guy i raced with before had one on his baja. i saw it run with the stock stinger/a jet pro/ and then the cpi. from bottom to top end, it was like night and day performance and they have a cool unique sound to them. i'm going to be ordering one next spring. if you go on you tube you can see some baja's in action with those pipes.

Thanks Kreb, it appears then that they are pretty good. I will report back when I fit this to my MCD V4. Got a nice engine/ignition/pipe package i'm working on that me and another guy are putting together.

LOVE my CPI BB pipe.

CPI is actually a VERY well known and respected pipe company for Snowmachines here in the states. they started out on the sled racing circut i believe in the 80s and have expanded. they are very proficient with 2 stroke pipe understanding.

you ll really enjoy the pipe. either the BB or the Standard if you run a Baja. cant see their other pipes being much less performance minded.

Thanks for posting up Timmahh, I will be running the side pipe on an MCD V4 with a 29.4 race ported zenoah 4 bolt, 1mm stuffed/stroked crank, 990 carb, elcon clutch and possibly an ignition system so what i want is a pipe that fits the V4 while giving good all round performance.

not seen how their side pipes run for the MCDs ect.. but i cant imagning it would run any worse than my B pipe runs.

heres a quick vid of my CPI BB on my 5B, with an ESP full mod 27.2. this was installed with my Super Buggy Cage, and weight was around 35lbs ready to go.
