I'm assuming it has to do with the transfer openings. The CY's tend to be a little bigger than the Zen's. It's not that big of a difference, though. Other than that, they're the same. If you're really anal about it, you can port match the cylinder to the CY crankcase but it honestly won't make a huge difference in performance. I've used CY cylinders on Zen crankcases and vice versa, if there is a difference I didn't notice it. Certainly not enough of a difference to warrant the extra cash. That could be put to use on other parts that'll actually make a noticeable performance difference, like a pipe.
