crankcase crack

has anybody has this problem first everything was fine until i heard a pop then i was checking what happend so saw the crankcase crack right at the top of the head where the bolt goes as well as the shoe houseing don't know what happend did not hit nothing

will not turn no more its stuck

You are not the only one with that crack, It happens to me also, and I see some people with this problem.


The most of the time the crack appear on the cylinder.

i open this up and guess what i found a broken crank the crank broke and when i get spining it crack the case the head and the piston !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! take a look go to my pics in my profile !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't know why that happend its a 30.5 ported with 3 tanks only

thats right engine cases ,crank likely everything going for a 30.5 ported 4 bolt long block from oneils going to pick that up on monday

i allready order the oneils bros 30.5 4 bolt long block with lightened piston whats the price for that vrc pipe with cage moo

Here a pic of a broken cy27 cranckase, It happen in a long WOT passes after the engine died suddenly, I suspected the engine seized, but all were still in good condition, don't know why it happen.... I replace the crankcase and this engine is still running good.

mine just broke everything case ,housing , piston 2mm stroker so i have to get a new complete engine
