Crappy Day for Buzz

I had both the FG Beetle and XB out and had the same sorry-ass issues...both losing the front wheel


The XB's axle broke and it was probably due to me overtightening the nut. The FG's wheel nut just came off and it went flying into a curb, grrrrr....

Different platforms, belt drive 4WD vs. shaft 4WD...otherwise the FG's I have owned are solid and the aftermarket bits I can get are great. Overall, the XB is easier to work on.

True that! We try and try, keep upgrading, and still break them. Working on them is half the fun.
