@voodoo, Broke the wing testing my buddies KM Baja on the track, got too close to the black pipe on the inside lane and flipped it upside down, came down on wing and shattered it. I do know what i'm talking about, YMMV.

was just chekin mine earlier and with radio off mine does have the failsafe, it throws it in full brake throttle off, i just truned off radio and it threw on the brake, so im assuming its the built in failsafe
 
yah, i keep hearing the radios it comes with are junk, but i think mines a upgrade that comes in them now maybe, i got mine from Dan of king motors, that book manual shows a real pos radio, but the lil mini dvd pdf shows the radio i got, and searchin i found out im positive its that FS-GT3 radio.

prolly not the best radio, but so far its been good with no issues yet.

wished i could afford a 4pk tho, but nearly 400 to 500 bucks, it aint happenin specially since i just got fired other day after 10 years workin there.
 
thats pretty cheap 35 bucks. i would even go for a 3pk futaba, but those are even high dollar, 2 to 3 hundred for ones i found. now hobbytown in tulsa might could hook me up with a good price, i do have a spectrum DX3E on my rock crawler axiel 1/10 scale. if that was a good radio that would work with the killer bee, i would get another reciever, bind it, and use it on both trucks, think i paid like 60 something for that radio at hobbytown.

nice thing i think the existing servos would plug right into that receiver too, so nothing more bought but a reciever for that radio to swap in 5t
 
its not gonna do me much good right now even if it does, i just got fired other day, and really my buying anything more right now is on hold, have to hang on to cash i got to get by on, wifes still working where i got fired, but we got lota bills to cover, so, moneys gonna be really tight for a bit.
