custom 5t bodies? anyone make them?

i really want a "pickup" style looking body for my 5t. Like an old scottsdale or f150 or dodge (non brand biased) pickup looking body. I really like the lok of pro-line's ford highboy body for the savage xl, think it would look good on a 5T. I have no idea at all how to go about creating my own, curious of your opinion. Thank you all for your replys.
