Hi,


Because of short life of stock clutch, I made custom 78mm clutch system.

As you see clutch has cooler fins attached, which will cool clutch - I hope.

Just little work to do, and will test next weekend.

Oh, ok, I didn't know the MT has different clutch components compared to the DR.

Its same for DR as MT, but front part(gear side) of housing is opened, not totally closed.

So I thing it not make any noticeable difference installing vented housing.

I tested my clutch system and it work super.

It grabs much harder than stock clutch, because its 78mm against 54mm clutch.

Also it blows hot air very well.

I hope my clutch will last much longer than stock.

I used this 78mm clutch http://www.davesmotors.com/gp420-gp460-clutch-assembly.html

It cost more than stock, but I also got clutch linings from mcmaster and going to replace when Worn-outs. Already done on stock clutch and worked same as stock if not better.
