So, I have come to the point where will either cut the window or not.


The filter will fit uncut..but airflow will be better cut


Dirt will get everywhere though.


Thoughts.
 
You could also drill smaller holes. If you end up cutting make sure edges are round to resist ripping of the lexan
 
I cut the side windows and the front of the air scoop.

You wont need to cut a hole in the shell !! believe it or not there is more airflow than you think Cutting a hole just sets your body up for total destruction

I would never cut unless there was a problem. The more you cut the body the weaker it gets. IMO they look better uncut. There is more than enough airflow without cutting anything.
