So after the long wait, they are all finally done.

The DarkSoul - CC Racing billet aluminum cases (6061 T6 aluminum) are ready and are now shipping to the distributor / dealers. We are just starting to pull them off the machines at about 10 a day, we have shipped a small quantity to TGN and DDM, and will be shipping more next week.

The cases are available in either a 2 bolt or 4 bolt configuration. All cases come with a case gasket, ceramic FastEddy crank bearings, crank seals, bearing/seal c-clip and 4 SS case bolts. All of which requires the buyer to install.

The 4 bolt cases are compatible with Zenoah marine cylinders, a well as the new 240 and 270 air cooled cylinders. The 2 bolt cases are compatible with most common CY and Zenoah 2 bolt cylinders.

The cases are 3 pieces, 2 case halves and the flywheel shroud, the flywheel shroud has considerably smaller opening (just more of them) than the stock cases to keep larger debris out from damaging the flywheel.

Also now available is the DarkSoul billet aluminum (also 6061 T6) cylinder shell for the Zenoah 4 bolt marine cylinders. These are compatible with the very common Zenoah PUM cylinders and will fit the DS 4 bolt cases or the new Zenoah 240 and 270 cases.

All of the above is available (or will be in the next few days) from TGN, DDM and their retail network.

If purchasing the cases, it is highly recommended that you be familiar with building engines, pressing in crank bearings, checking squish and so on. DarkSoul Racing and CC Racing Engines cannot be held liable for damage occurring to the cases or any other part of the engine from incorrect assembly of engines.

very nice precision lookin piece of work you've done ..
is there any other porting needed to be done with this mill ?

Nope, all the transfer port work has been designed by Carlo of CC racing engines, and is about as perfect as we can get it. If you run the 4 bolt and a Zenoah cylinder, they should match up perfectly, if you run the 2 bolt, you will need to match the cylinder to the case for optimum flow.
