The drive cups to the wheels are easy since it's just a 12mm axle with a 4mm bore in it. The diff outdrive is where the problem lies. If I can't get the machine shop to match the stock gear under a certain dollar amount then it's a no go. The reason is I was thinking about hexing the bevel gear and then hexing the diff cup shaft to kill the problem we were having with breaking shafts/pins inside the diff.
