ha!! thats too funny. are you going with the hpi 6mm's? or getting some more stockers. looks like an awsome place to run. i bet you can really air it out off that bank.

That looks like a great place to run. I wish I could find a spot like that around here.

Also, I had to order a Phatdad insert cause I ripped my piston off my shaft. I ran an HPI 6mm to hold me over for a few days. It lasted 30 minutes before the end broke off. I'm running Phatdad 4.8mm's and they have been working out great. To be honest though I think the Dark Soul 6mm with VVC inserts and aluminum shock ends is going to be the best combo.

Ya my 4.8's are doing great too. I'm just not a fan of the plastic insert anymore after pulling my shaft through it. I'm running the GH piggybacks so I was thinking about moving to the 6mm's just for the aluminum shock ends and VVC/HD inserts. Those GH's did a great job of displacing oil when I had em on my Baja. I dunno. Maybe I'll stick with the 4.8's. It only cost me $16.50 for new inserts and now I have an extra. Rebuilding the 4.8's is pretty cheap. I'll have to consult with my wallet and decide.

Could someone link me the 4.8 set plz im not sure what one you are talking about. I was thinking about getting the piggy's on Python Motor sports I like the looks of them and have always wanted a set of piggybacks. thx for the input guys much appreciated. :)

these are phatslackers 4.8's.. there is an issue with the 6mm's and volume capacity in the shock body. if its filled up too much it will hydro-lock. the piggybacks will fix that. the other little issue it the front shaft bottoming out on the shock cap before the chassis bottoms out. i fixed that by dremeling out the shock cap, piston nut, and cutting the excesse threads of the shock shaft.
