My DBXL E 2.0 took a bath in salt water and I am taking this opportunity to rebuild it. I noticed that Losi no longer makes the car or parts for it. Kind of sucky, but whatever. Anyhow, does anyone know where I can pick up replacement body panels? I don't want to give Vitavon $400 for carbon fiber pieces...Thanks!

*** Edit*** I have no idea where I was going with this. Totally wrong I had 5ive in my head.

Fearless should have body parts for the 30dn that will fit. They are much more durable. Its better to print decals for them than to paint them. They also carry all kinds of parts from 30dn that should fit.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check them out!

IIRC, the RCMK XCR-1000 was basically the original model. Not sure how but IIRC HH acquired and sold RCMK but somehow got to use a version of the XRC and used it as a rebranded Losi vehicle. Granted this is useless info I recall reading about in various forums 15 years or so ago.

Check out https://smithmaster.net/category/xcr-parts/244/?page=2 for XCR parts. Not exactly sure if its a direct fit. I would shoot them an email.

DDM used to sell the XCR as well years ago. It wouldn't hurt to shoot them an email as well to see if they have any sources for DBXL parts.

@one2boost, the cage of the XCR seems to be a bit different compared to the 2.0 versions of the DBXL. It has more the feel of the original DBXL, but even that seems different when looking at mounting points etc.

The NSR 5XL-E is said to be a direct continuation of the DBXL 2.0 by the orignal factory, that is why I ordered my spares from NSR. But it seems NSR has already stopped their production run of the 5XL-E, as parts are going out of stock already. I for example would have ordered multiple clear bodies instead of the 1 red I got now...

P.S. I was also looking at the XCR-1000 Max before I decided to go full Vitavon on a DBXL; opted for the Losi design due to ease of opening the cage/body.

Ignore my other posts here. I brain farted really bad and was thinking 5ive 2.0 because I've been fixated on one for a while.
