Ddm stuffed,stroked,and ported

Hi, I'm new to the game. I purchased a used baja with a 23cc.
It's fast the way it is it has a jet pro pipe. Well, I got the bug and bought a new 26cc bottom end. I somehow found Dave's discount motors, lol. I purchased the 30.5cc stuffed, stroked, and champion ported.
I wondering of there was anything else I could do to squeeze a few more r's out of it. It says that it is 4.3 or so hp. Do I need to get a bigger carb? Or is that a waste? Please give and info I could use.

leave it alone as it is just get used to it with the bigger cc

I had a g290 that they rate at 3.5hp and a rear dom and a 813 carb on my baja. Put a 19/55 gear combo on it and it threw the grass and dirt everywhere and did some nice wheelies. Cop clocked me at 55mph. So if your motor has 4.5hp it'll work just fine.
