For all the Canadian guys in the forum. If you are on a budget and need a decent Inch-Pound Torque Wrench, I purchased one of these from Princess Auto;

For the use it will get and the price, it's a nice little wrench with plenty of range. The controls are solid and precise. It comes with a good basic instruction sheet, conversion chart, and verification of calibration, all in a nice little blue plastic hard shell case with solid clips. Already invaluable for me with my Baja.
