i wish i could,i cant remember how i found it the first time, i was just hunting around and run across it, i think it was under some guy that did a whole list of tuts. i beleive all it was is he took a pipe with the right dimension ID on it, cut into rungs, and i think they were a snug fit, so it took a lil gentle tapping with a hammer, and i think he used a glue also just to help make them stay put. they were tapped onto the back side over the hubs, just like the ones that have them that way stock. i wish i could remember where i seen it, but thats pretty much the jest of it.

its only gonna help, as long as you got them securely in place. it should help with that area not splitting out.
