Well it was another excellent turn out and a fully enjoyable session.

Todays takers were:
Jackobyte: 5b

A few cars had the curse strike again but in a whole it wasn't too bad, here are some pics of the damages.

Yeh , another belter sesh mate. Great turnout and some good weather too.

Had a blast, and enjoyed some great Heli flying too :D

Sorry I couldn't make it - full of cold, and when 'floating on Night Nurse' someone tried breaking my front door in at 02:30 this morning, so I was waiting for the Police during the day .....

No entry and just a damaged door but very, very weird !!
(Particularly when full of cold and cold remedies !! :w00t::D:w00t:)

What's even stranger is he / they / it had to pass my car to get to the door, alongside which is the big bag of empty plastic bottles for collection ...
Bottles weren't touched - anger or whatever.
Car not touched, scratched, tyres, nada !!!

Thoughts are of someone 'mistaking my house' for their own after 15 beers too many, possibly after a 'domestic' with the wife, and found my house, door locked, so got angry ...

It's a weird feeling, particularly with the 4 year old lad in the house as well ...
Up until that time, I've not had one problem ...

Not to take over this thread - sorry guys - but in speaking to the lads here in the labs, they say it's a known 'technique' to 'smash, grab and run' with whatever you can, hopefully the car keys.
I'll have to speak to the Police again, and the landlord to up the security.

no, mate lol its a composit door with a upvc frame, a lot of people are getting them because even the police have trouble getting thru, them.
 
I have a bar at the side of the bed in case of unwanted visitors. 2 years ago just before christmas someone tried to break in next door and the feds came to ours asking if we heard anything and checked out our security whilst they were here. Our bedroom / en suite is down stairs in what was the garage and because of this they said off the record that if anyone breaks in downstairs they are effectively in our personal sleeping space so we can use what ever force necessary to restrain / kick 10 colours of shite out of them.

Looks like a good day was had by all again! Nice vid Jacko :cool:

there is other makes of compsit doors, doorstop uk allso make them at more realistic prices, my job is double glazing so i fit a lot of doors upvc and compsit, i somtimes have people lock them selves out and call me i can open a upvc door in minutes, there a joke:lol:
