Try CH5 2NU mate. Deeside industrial estate, third avenue, zone 2 , just behind the "Mary Bern" building.

Once you turn into the industrial estate and pass the petrol station, go straight over the 1st roundabout.... straght over the 2nd roundabout.... take your next left (into 3rd avenue) then look right and listen up !!!!!!:lol:
