Just up-loaded a couple of vids from the Spy Cam.
Not sure if mine is playing up as the Sound is not right and seem a bit jumpy.

Anyway here they are, if anyone has 1 of these with some footage of their bashing can you tell me if they are similar to mine.
Might try and send this 1 back and claim a refund or exchange.

Not sure if i've up-loaded it at the correct quality rate.

It crashes at 2.48

Ace vids mate, looks excellent when you are chasing a car in front !! Looks like footage off the WRC rally show !!
Love the jumps too !.... The nice blue sky adds to the effect !
And as for the crash, I actually ducked my head out of the way as it hit the pallets !! OUCH !!!!!!!

I'm not happy with the jumpiness of the vids so i've asked for a replacement as the sounds off too. :crying:
May be the cards not mated right with the cam slot as the sound is ok for about a sec then goes funny.

I've not looked under the Roll Cage yet, too scared to peep. The cage is bent though again, Just won a HPI cage off ebay for £3.50 :D

Wow thats a bargain ! At least you will get some flex in a plastic cage too.
Think im gonna order one of those cameras soon meself !:D

The mic is just too sensitive and is practically sitting on the engine.....

It would be like sticking you ear right on the engine at wot.....

Pretty sure your ears would be ringing..

Strap a piece of foam to the roof....the size of the roof and about 2" thick... cut a slot in the front to bury the camera in...

It will act as a sound barrier from the engine and a shock absorber from the vibrations....

I was going to say something similar.Mount the cam on sponge and put a dab of insulation tape over the mic.
Also you could try a ferrite ring on the coil lead.

Anyway 'E' its not like you to spend on something so expensive like a cam!!!:scared:

that tingling sound on the audio is because of a high compression CODEC, is there is a settings file on the SD card (guessing) try uping the bit rate to improve it. If you compress an MP3 to a really low bit rate you will geta similar effect.

still, love your closeup work.

It does say i need a codec to play on my Media Player, haven't a clue what that means, i've had to upload straight to youtube.

I have it on top of foam above the motor, think i'll move to front of the car and see if that works.

Sure i'll sort it soon. cheers. :D
