well iv just started to clean the baja from last sunday for somthink to do an i was going to put a new exhust gasket on because last week the exhorst screws fell out and riped the gasket and then i seen a little line on the head so i took the head of to find that the head has got a crack in i think its the same as what happened to jackobite but its still running so should i just leve it till its stops working ??

ye but i didnt even notice it untill i went to the exshourst so what will happen if i carry on running it ?? and if i get a new head do i need to brack it in and get a new ring ?

Get a new head kit from mmr 60 rips all you need in the kit.
You will have to run it in but for piece of mind well worth it.

That aint deeside curse that is KM curse. Happened to mee too and many others. Adn yes it wont last.... replace it.
 
get a 26cc head kit from abbots only 50quid, for the lot the 29cc heads are pooh and the plating will drop off sooner or later.
