Yeh mate, took a week off bashin and went up to the lakes for the weekend to do some kayaking with the missus.

Had an awesome day. Out on windermere most of the day in the sunshine with lovely calm water. Perfect conditions. Better than some summer trips we had!!:D
 
Yeh plenty there again. i sold my hpi today so i had no pipe until philski borrowed me his standard can, i kept throwing dogbones even though i had killer rc limiters on, looks like they have stretched. Got home and remembered that i had the rd logics pipe in the draw, doh.
thinkin of getting the uber pipe.
 
Sorry I haven't been very 'active' for a while - had a bad foot (just permanently aching but totally removing any wish to be 'active'), but have continued the 'rebuilds' of my existing RC's - not really related, but I've now only one RC requiring work, out of 11 !!

Got the Raminator rebuild completed this weekend and got it blasting around - amazing how deformed it was - read 'very' in that (it's a variation on the Losi LST, but mine is beyond LST2 spec and new chassis braces just didn't fit!!).

I also got rather drunk today - not often the Blues win, but they totally buried Liverpool up until 50 minutes, where it was game over anyway :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I have an Uber Pipe on its way to me as we speak !!

Can't wait ! Should be giving it its first thrashing at Deeside this weekend...... hopefully !!!

Bugger, you've beaten me to it, i was thinkin of buying the ubar, set of mx's, tr front chassis brace and tr rear brace with brake from mmr for around the £200 mark, couldn't bring myself to press the button, only had my ebay sale dosh in my pocket for a day or so.
I'll see what your pipe goes like now before i make the jump. :lol:

I'm pretty confident its gonna be good !!

Plus they look really well built, and just a little more tucked away than the Doms, which I like.

It should be arriving tomorrow !!:p

Got the pipe tonight. WOW ! They are SWEEEEEEEEEEEET !!!

Not fitted yet .... just been sat in the back room, holding it up in front of me while going "ooooooooooh"....."mmmmmmmmm"...."arrrrrrrrrrrrrhhh" !!!!!!!
(while the missus looks at me while shaking her head!!!....."its just a bit of metal!!!!:rolleyes:)

Its REALLY well made. Welds look superb. Looks and feels like a proper top quality bit of kit !

CAN'T WAIT to get it fitted !:D
