My tires swell up at high speed and of course I'm not surprise to destroy one of my yellow tire foam Are the blue foam pretty good? (oh crap... sorry wrong directory post guys... forgive me )

Did a quick search... they say softer foam is recommended for harder surface like pavement? Or is it the other way around?
