In the last 6 months ive ordered parts off the dgiracing.com website 6 times. With the coupon code nydgi saving 10% off really helps and a better deal than buying same parts off other websites like ddm who seem to be on clear out mode with dgi parts as they delist them when they sell out instead of adding a wishlist link when it gets restocked.

That tells me ddm stopped ordering from dgi long ago. its no big surprise that dgi itself is yet another relic of the past on a slow death. No new products or innovations the 320 casereed was a nice budget option but heard the fancover plates would crack.

So my personal experience with buying off dgiracing.com has been good until now. I would usually get a tracking number 2-3 days after order placed via email. And 7-10 days max from order to recived.

2 weeks after my last successful order from them i decided to order 1 more time. This was the end of july. I waited 2 weeks for tracking until i started doing some digging and contacting. Dgi racing is in new york and has a pubilc buisness phone number listed that is not in service. The contact us option and email link on the dgi website serves no use and will get no response. I asked them a question 4 months ago and 2 months ago never a reply.

Looking up their ebay store has nothing but negative reviews about delayed shipping for the last 2 years. I assume the guy running dgi responds to sales on his website better then his ebay store. Thankfully i paid with paypal and know ill get a refund but just sad to see yet another 5th scale rc parts buisness located in the usa die and just replaced by the flm-lm, tit-racing, rofun, Chineseesum manufacturing ali express souless companies.

Glad i pretty much got everything i needed from dgi that i did get. And will be fine the last order of 1 inch hub extenders never happend.

How is the parts availability for primal trucks?

Lots of stuff is on the put me on wait list, but they never emailed me about anything. They don't seem to put items on as available when the do get them...... last time I ordered I did ask about a part and they did reply saying they could get it. Actually that was 2 orders back so on next order the part was on website and I did get them. I think they just don't have the personal to keep up so I would call.

Literally just got a order two weeks ago , galante limit strap kit, pretty sure got sent wrong kit..... Usually get fairly good service from Detroit rc except for diff, shocks fluids never get what I want. They have a good relationship with taylor rc . Usually notified and shipped next day and 3 days to arrive. Strongly suggest a phone call. I really think a lot of places understaffed. My local shop sees small employee turn around and even the long term ones make a lot of mistakes. But because they know me I can usually dig through the bins and get what I want, plus they know how much I impulse buy on top of what I need. Unfortunately most of my fifth scale stuff has to come from online purchases. Not bashing anyone but in today's society, work ethics, loyalty, all the good stuff is gone........

His site doesn't seem to be updated much as i ordered the FLM 4 ever kit as I'm rebuilding my diffs so wanted it now so i didn't have to open it up again down the road, his site said he had stock so i ordered then he emailed me the next Monday saying he had no stock and not sure why the site said he did, asked if i wanted to cancel it and he'd refund but he was getting more stock the following week. I said just let it ride as i was waiting on other parts but now i have the other parts and ready to put everything back together. I've called and left two VM's and left at least 3 emails and no reply on anything. I see FLM doesn't even have stock so maybe he's still waiting for his stock but man at least reply and let me know as I'm about to call VISA and dispute the charge.
