Diff cases in upgrade kit

Did anyone else have problems getting the 4 screws, that hold the diff together, screwes into the new diff cups? I ruined 3 2.5mm hex wrenches so I cut slots into the screws heads so I can use a flat screw driver. I think I am going to use the old diff cups on the front diff.

just make sure they go in straight and use a good hex wrench...hudy or schumacher.


You'll have to drill out the diff cup grub screw hole for the bigger pin to fit...but not too big or the screw will strip

Yeah, I didn't think of that.


That will be a battle for tomorrow afternoon.
