Diff Cups MT vs XT?

I have an XSC which I have no spare parts for. Today I broke a front diff cup and was wondering if anyone knows if my spare diff parts for the MT will fit without me breaking all the way into this.

WIth only 25 more days until the last shipment of my belongings (RC Trucks and leather tools) leave, I cant chance ordering more parts and not getting them in time....

You can swap a diff from the XT.

XT was sold to a buddy... but it was in my garage and I was working on it for him today- the evil thought of borrowing a part did cross my mind. Does that make me a bad person? ha ha ha
