Diff cups

been working on this problem for a while now and have finally got it sorted...already run an hour of my kind of bashing and all is well...one more tank hopefully today and if they hold up i'll be making sets for those that want them...pm me if you're interested
running a ported OBR 30.5 with ceramics and vrc propipe so they're holding up to pretty big HP as well

here's a bit of vid of the start of tank 2...some idiot forgot to tighten the wheel nut properly..these cups have now had a hour of the same running conditions

shafts and cup base are tempered correctly now and a 4130 retaining ring is welded around the cup to prevent it splitting...only mod necessary is shortening the dogbone pin abount 1mm on eachside (diff end only)

well good to see the diffs are holding up well,good job the mucker,but what went at the end of the vid was it a lower arm

yep, the pin hub came out half way and snapped one side of the pin part off the arm...the stones there keep getting in the wheel rims and popping off the c clips...if the pin had have stayed in it would have been ok...now I'm going to drill a hole in the hub and grind a flat on the pin and throw in a grub screw to hold the pin...no more clips then to come off
